These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "these Terms") govern the entire relationship between bbsolt (hereinafter referred to as "bbsolt", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bbsolt platform available at https://bbsolt.biz (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "the Site", or "the Service"). The Platform provides online casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, and related services denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to eligible players primarily located in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the bbsolt service, including but not limited to account registration and management, all casino games and betting products, promotional offers and bonuses, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and any other functionality made available through the Platform. These Terms should be read together with the bbsolt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bbsolt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

Access to and use of the bbsolt Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. bbsolt operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bbsolt Platform. bbsolt reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close any account where age requirements are not satisfied.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You are not under any legal disability that restricts your ability to contract.
• Not self-excluded: You have not voluntarily excluded yourself from online gambling services, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the bbsolt Platform or any related service.
• Personal use: You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party. You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• No duplicate accounts: You do not currently hold an active bbsolt account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes.

To access the full range of bbsolt services, you must create a registered account on the Platform. Account registration requires you to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You may also be asked to provide your preferred mobile financial service account details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) for payment processing purposes.

Upon submitting your registration, bbsolt will carry out standard verification checks. You may be required to submit additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method. Documents commonly accepted include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, and recent utility bills or bank statements. bbsolt reserves the right to determine the sufficiency of any documentation submitted.

Your bbsolt account is personal to you. You must not transfer, sell, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbsolt's customer support team via live chat at [email protected] immediately.

bbsolt operates a one-account-per-player policy. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — bbsolt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts, and take such other action as it considers appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbsolt account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person. bbsolt strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your bbsolt account and that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where this feature is available.

bbsolt will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. If you receive any such communication purportedly from bbsolt, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

bbsolt accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Where bbsolt has reasonable grounds to believe that the security of your account has been compromised, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted, and to require you to change your password and verify your identity before access is restored.

All financial transactions on the bbsolt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bbsolt supports deposits via the following local mobile financial services and payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and bbsolt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. bbsolt reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bbsolt wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the institution involved.
• Accepted currency: All deposits must be made in BDT. bbsolt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be declined or returned.
• Funding source: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from funds deposited via a third-party account may be forfeited.
• Deposit limits: bbsolt reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any account. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your bbsolt account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in your own name. bbsolt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification requirement: bbsolt may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point where additional verification is considered necessary. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 5 business days depending on the recipient institution.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of those funds.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits are displayed in the account dashboard and may vary by account tier and verification status.
• Right to investigate: bbsolt reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of an anti-money laundering or fraud investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, bbsolt may retain the relevant funds pending further action.

bbsolt offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. • Expiry: Bonuses and free spins have an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses not utilised within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.

• bbsolt's discretion: bbsolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any bonus credited to an account as the result of a technical error will be void and may be reclaimed.

All games available on the bbsolt Platform — including live casino games, slots, RNG table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed and certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnection, game freeze, or display error — bbsolt's policy is to void the affected game round and return any wager placed during that round to the player's account. bbsolt accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical malfunctions beyond this remedy. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will be void and will not be paid out.

The bbsolt sportsbook covers cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets. Sports betting on the bbsolt Platform is subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at bbsolt's sole discretion. bbsolt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there are grounds to suspect betting irregularities, match-fixing, or abuse of pricing errors.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds at the time of confirmation. bbsolt does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets on any fixture. In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, market suspension due to irregularity, or confirmed pricing errors. Void bets are credited back to the player's account at the original stake amount in BDT.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies to all sports markets. This limit is displayed within the sportsbook interface and may vary by sport and market type.
• Match integrity: Any player found to have placed bets in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sporting fraud will have their account immediately suspended and all associated winnings forfeited. bbsolt cooperates fully with relevant sporting authorities in the investigation of integrity concerns.

bbsolt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. bbsolt recognises that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for most players, can lead to financial and personal difficulties for a minority. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbsolt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Creating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not available through the standard user interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate payment transactions without first contacting bbsolt's support team.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbsolt staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the bbsolt Platform without express written permission from bbsolt.

bbsolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete required identity verification; receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority; or cessation of the Platform's services.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bbsolt will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable time frame via the registered email address. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, bbsolt reserves the right to permanently close the account and to retain any balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

If you wish to close your bbsolt account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any available real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbsolt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited into your bbsolt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbsolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if bbsolt has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. bbsolt is not liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the Platform where such events are caused by factors outside of bbsolt's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural events, regulatory action, or cyber-attacks.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bbsolt's liability for death or personal injury caused by bbsolt's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bbsolt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bbsolt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and to close your account in accordance with Section 12. bbsolt strongly recommends that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the territory in which bbsolt operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bbsolt's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body as notified to you by bbsolt. bbsolt's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bbsolt will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
